Louetta Spring Plaza is an 18,625 square foot neighborhood retail center consisting of three freestanding buildings. Retail Building B consists of 10,800 square feet, with a bay depth of 60’ and bay width of 20’ minimum. This building has a drive thru window on the West end as well as two grease traps available for restaurant use. Retail Building A consists of 4,225 square feet, and is located freestanding in the parking lot near the Louetta frontage. It will have a 65’ bay depth with one drive thru bay and one grease trap available for restaurant use. A 3,600 square foot Chevron convenience store, Building C, with gasoline sales will be located near the Lexington frontage.
